Or Cumm

CALCULATE(averageX(Values('Date'[Date]), calculate( SUM('NSLĐ'[Tổng nhân sự]))) ,filter(allselected('Date'),'Date'[date] <=max('Date'[date])))

or

CALCULATE(average('NSLĐ'[Tổng nhân sự]),filter(allselected('Date'),'Date'[date] <=max('Date'[date])))
