Help with the visual Bump chart

Hi, 

The client is looking at bulding bump chart. It appears we do not have internal visual to build one in powerbi. Could you please help me with what we can choose internally to build it. Else any custom visual, but no license is required.

@puneethjp , it seems like a "Line stacked column chart".

That chart does not support legend for lines, so you need to use measures
