Help with the segmenter

I have a slicer visual to filter. The problem is that my values are cut off as you can see in an example:

I understand that the easiest thing to do is to enlarge the size of the segmenter box or reduce font sizes, but due to the conditions of the final product I am not allowed to modify those parameters.

So what I would like is for the size of the drop-down to remain as it is but then when I open it, the open area (the one with the options) and eat up the space that is needed. I mean, my question is whether there is a way for the size of the segmenter box to be different from the size of the options box that opens.

I haven't really found a way, let's see if someone can give me a hand because it's quite important.
