Help with the problem in PBI service

Hi everyone, i try so many way but i can't fix this problem. I try to uncheck the encrypt connection in PBI desktop and it can load data from PostgerSQL. But when i upload in PBI service i uncheck the encrypt connection too, but it still can't refresh and it show me this noti. Anyone who know pls help me. I try a lot but still stuck T_T

    check that you have the permissions at the firewall level both from PBI and the other end Postgrest ... The message says of an authentication certificate that you must possess .- Check the connectivity restrictions you may have from the PostGrest side, greetings

    anyway PBI at this time is having problems of connection with the DB and does not raise the reports

      I try so many way, gateway bla bla but can't connect to Database PostgerSQL. haizzzz still stuck at this step i check every thing with my admin firewall, SSL,... but just the PBI desktop can load and refresh report and the PBI service can't load T_T.
