Help with sales goals

I'm setting monthly sales goals and comparing it to actual sales. Everything works well when I apply filters every month.

But when I try to select two months, the goals don't add up.

My Goals Table

All right when I select a single month.

DAX used:

Monthly Goal =
CALCULATE(
MAX(Goals[Meta Sales]),
TREATAS(VALUES(Calendar[Month]),Goals[Month])
)

But when I select more than a month, the goals don't add up.
