Help with report visuals/Dax

Hi,

I am trying to create a visual from multiple tables. What i have is one table of data which contains submissions from content creators the is in the intranet job log table and users have multiple submissions.

I then have a table/report which shows if they have completed training or not.

What i want to show is how much content has been submitted by a certain area and how much is at risk if they havent completed the training meaning that they arent compliant and that content doesnt have an owner.

So john smith in business area A has submitted 100 pieces of content and had it approved and published and now we find he has not completed the training so it should show 100 pieces of content are at risk in business area A. 

The columns in the Kallidus table which is what shows if they have or have not completed training are just a simple Yes or No against them and ive put a relationship between the email column on Kallidus and the Content creator.email on the intranet job log.

Also am i doing something wrong with the relationship based on image below?
