Help with measure

When I slice the "Created Date"(which represents the year), Median Actual Time values will change.
The measure is as follows:

Median Actual Time =

SUMX(

ADDCOLUMNS(VALUES('ENGG VW_TRM'[Op. No.]),

"Median Actual Time1",[Median Actual Time1]

),[Median Actual Time1]

)

Median Actual Time1 measure : 

Median Actual Time1 =

VAR compare_ =

IF(DIVIDE([Average Time] - [Median1], [Median1]) >= 0.50 || DIVIDE([Average Time] - [Median1], [Median1]) <= -0.50,1,0)

RETURN

IF(compare_=1,[Average Time] ,[Median1])

How can i alter the Median Actual Time measure such that i can save the different values into a calcualted column for all the Years.

Let's call this table, Table1, where i have all the "Created Date"

Do you want to calculate MAT with all year in first visual but calculate MAT with the selected year in second visual? 

Only two measures are meaningless. Can you share some insensitive data samples and expected output? So we can help you soon.
