    Hi  donodackal ,

    I created some data:

    Here are the steps you can follow：

    You can create measures for your Text columns.

    1. Create measure.

    Text_measure =
IF(
    NOT (ISINSCOPE('Table'[Group]))||ISINSCOPE('Table'[Index])
    ,MAX('Table'[text]),BLANK())

    2. Result:
