Help with mapping census tract data

I have census tract data and am trying to map it using power bi.  I am having no luck finding any guides, tutorials, etc. to help me with this.  I am brand new to doing this and am experiencing some ...

Hi mlfornash ,

 

You can try this steps:

 

  1. Enable the shape map as described: Use Shape maps in Power BI Desktop (Preview) - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

2.Check the ArcGIS fit your data or not: Create an ArcGIS map in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

You can do this by referring these documentations :

    thanks for the response but this was not helpful at all. I have arcgis and it does not show how to map census tracts nor have I had any luck map census tracts with it.  I have shape maps in powerbi but that does not work either. I am not sure what the link to attadale partners is? is there no clear instructions for doing this?
