Help with icon conditional formatting settings

Hi,

I have this rule set up :

However, for some reason, I currently have a value which is 0  (I've checked and it is 0 with no decimals), but the above is showing the red arrow icon in my report instead of the amber icon.

Can anybody see anything wrong in my logic above?

Apologies everybody. I hadn't filtered the visual properly. I have done so now and all is working fine.,

@Fusilier2

Not sure how filtering would affect CF rules, can you explain please?  The CF rules should be applied regardless of any filters.

Phil

I am using the CF rules with a measure calculation which is this month - previous month

There are visuals for different departments so obviously I need to filter to the relevent department for the CF to reflect the correct calculation.

Hi @Fusilier2

What field are you applying this formatting to?  It appears to be called . and if it is numeric then you should also have a Summarization option which you can see in this example image is Sum

Is the data in the column you are trying to apply the formatting to numeric or is it text?

Regards

Phil

Hi @Fusilier2, that looks correct to me. Could you share an example showing a few rows of your table with the actual values used for the conditional formatting next to the icons? (You can crop out any other columns in the image.)
