Hi Brysonds,

 

I was not able to replicate this problem. 

 

In your scenario, does duplicates exist in data model after appending? Or just exist in table visual? Have you tried to "Remove Duplicates" in the new query generated by appending?

 

Also, does these duplicates come from Query1 and Query2? What I mean is in Query1 there existing a value "Cost of Goods Sold" as well as in Query2.

 

Would you please share the data source source file so that I can test for you?

    If "Cost Of Goods Sold" is in both tables, then it is only logical that you get a duplicate.

     

    So what exactly is the issue?

     

    Edit: I guess I'm too focussed on Power Query and should take 2 steps further via the datamodel to the Table Visual...:smileyfrustrated:

    It seems that somehow the 2 values are not exactly the same, so I agree with Yuliana that we need the data sources to analyse the issue.
