Help with custom visuals

Hi, 

The client is looking for visuals as below on powerbi. Could you please help me if there are any custome visuals of this type. Or this can be acheived using visuals available on power bi itself. 

Note: We are not ready to pay fo license. Certified are fine but cannot afford licensing.

I don't think that we have those visuals.

You can check Deneb graphs, but this requires coding.
