    CALCULATE(

        DISTINCTCOUNT('Leavers3'[Employee Number])

        ,'Leavers3'[Length of Service (Years)] = "0"

    )

    /

    DISTINCTCOUNT('Leavers3'[Employee Number]),

    "0.00% - "),

    CALCULATE(COUNT(Leavers3[Leaving Reason]) ,'Leavers3'[Length of Service (Years)] = "0"

Chainfire74 , tr a measure like

 

Divide(CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT('Leavers3'[Employee Number])
,'Leavers3'[Length of Service (Years)] = 0
)
,
DISTINCTCOUNT('Leavers3'[Employee Number]) )

 

If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
