Help with conditioning a value to start from a certain date

Can someone please help with the below : test12.xlsx - Google Sheets I have got this dataset in power bi and need to build a graph where Month column is x axis and y columns will be financial gain and % impact. However I need the financial gain to start from the live date column and be continues until the end of that month column. How can I do that ?

In another tab of the spreadheet, share the expected result in a simple Table format.

Your data model must contain a calendar table and that table needs to feed the X axis of the visual. The rest can be taken care of by measures.
