Help with comparing data

Hello, I've been trying for a while but I can't figure it out so I ask for help!

I try to compare data to each other as you do with previous function. but I try not to compare with previous date but with a previous data.

I try to connect my previous training. I can't do this with previous date because I don't always train on the same date.

There must be an option to do this then but I just started power bi can't find it. Does anyone know how to do this then?

I would like to put all my training in excel and compare it with the previous training about the training for it myself. So legs focus on qaud with the previous legs focus on quads. i have added a scaled down version below:

Hi, @nameisannesimon

Thank you very much for sharing, but I don't know your business logic and your final needs very well, can you provide your final desired result in the form of a table? This makes the problem simpler and clearer.

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,

Aniya Zhang
