Help with cluster column chart

Hello,     I am tyring to display some service level metrics in a cluster column chart. I do not understand why my y-axis is using the cout of values in the table rather than the value for each sla...

    asbpowerbi ,

     In your Column Chart visual, use Sum of Green, Sum of Yellow and Sum of Red.
    It appears you have it selected to "Count".

     

    Trust this is what you are looking.
