    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Would you please try to use the following measure:

    Open Matters =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( lgmattrr ),
    FILTER ( lgmattrr, ISBLANK ( lgmattrr[clomatdte] ) ),
    ALL ( 'Date Table' )
)
