Help with a dax measure
I need your help with a situation.
I have two tables in Power BI;
The first table relating to product entry has 3 columns,
Material code, which indicates the material registration code in the table.
Release date, which indicates when the material arrived
And quantity, which indicates the amount of materials that entered.
The second table refers to the consumption of these materials and also has 3 columns:
Material COD, which indicates the material's registration code in the table.
Release date, which indicates when the material was consumed
And quantity, which indicates the amount of materials that were consumed.
I need to create a calculation in Power BI that tells me the CODs of materials that were received in the last 6 months according to the release date, but were not consumed.
Remembering that the Material may have had several entries over the months.
My idea is to find out which products are being purchased but not consumed in order to avoid them.
So, if I have materials arriving today, but in the consumption table for the last 6 months there was no consumption, I want to know why this material is being purchased.
