Help with a complex DAX measure

Hi, I'm out of ideas anymore. Can you please help me?

So, what I need is to have a Worker Evaluation (Good, Improvement needed or Bad) under each Type of Worker (1,2,3,4): 

However, 
This Evaluation will depend on some Parameters (A,B,C,D) but also the Type of Worker and their ResultRanking (Low, Medium, High)

Parameter | Low  |  Medium  | High   | Type of worker
       A        | 10     |      20       |  30      |  1
       B        |   5     |      10       |  50      |  2
       B        |   5     |      10       |  50      |  4

       C        |   6     |      20       |  30      |  3
       D        |   4     |     15        |  60      |  4

       C        |   6     |      20       |  30      |  5

So basically, Let's talk about the column Type of Worker 1, since the rest is the same:
I want to go to 'Specifications' and filter by Type of Worker "1", his parameters (A, B, C, D)
If this parameter (A) it's the same as the one in the Evaluation Table[Parameters], then I need a calculation to happen: 

If Result is < than Specifications[Low], then I should have under the Type of worker 1, in that row, "Bad Evaluation". 
If result => Specifications[Medium], then the Worker Evaluation is Improvements needed...

And so on. 

It's very hard to explain because a lot of conditions need to happen...

The table Parameters exists to have unique Parameters values.
