Help with Visualization in Power BI

Hi, I am new in Power BI.

I was trying to make two chart based on same set of data which are linked. So when I am selecting a particular column, in the second chart relevent bars are getting highlighted, but rest of the bars were still visible (Grey). What I am willing to do is only to see relevent bars.

Alsom when I am filtering different KPI or Measure using filter option, the filtered column/bars are still visible. Can someone please guide me?
