Help - with Visual/Dax

Hi all, I really don't know how to put this in the subject heading so thanks for reading.

I have been struggling with this problem for a while, hoping someone can help.

I have 3 columns, name, department, callid. There are many rows per callid, and the same callid refers to the same call.

My data looks like the below, I want to show in a visual table, the department the calls originated, and sum of them transferred to only the parts department.
