Help with Reference label under new card

What you did is correct. In the new Card visual, the gap is controlled by the proportion of space given to the Callout Value vs the Reference Label section.

Please try some steps to formatting Fix:

1. Select your Card visual.

2. Go to the Format visual pane.

3. Expand Callout values.

4. Very important: At the top, change "Apply settings to" from your specific series to All (this makes the key option visible).

5. Now go to Layout (inside Callout values).

6. Look for Callout size (or Callout size % / Callout proportion).

   • Increase this value (e.g., from default 50% to 70%, 75%, or even 80%).
   • This gives more space to the big 60% value and reduces the space allocated to the Reference Label.

7. (Optional but often required) Turn ON the Divider option temporarily:

   • Go to Reference labels → Turn on Divider.
   • This sometimes makes the Callout size option active.

Also please try with additional Formatting Tips to Close the Gap Further

• Under Cards → Layout → Reduce Inner padding or Vertical gap.
• Under Reference labels → Reduce Padding (top padding especially).
• Under Reference labels → Try changing Layout to a more compact style if available.
• Reduce the font size of the Reference Label slightly.

There are a lot of Padding options so it can get confusing. Please go the one under Cards and use the Padding there.

If the gap is still more than you want, play around with the Callout size, that will shrink the portion of the card given to the Value and the reference label and with a tighter space and no padding, the two things will start getting closer.
