Only Growth % should be shown in year where prvs year is available in this case 2023 wouldn't have any comparisons, similarly for forecast which will only be shown in future years 2025, 2026 not in ...

Try turning off text wrapping and auto-size width, and then manually drag and drop the width of the column to hide the unwanted columns:
