Help with Org Matrix

Hello,   I've tried all the org chart visuals and to be honest the don't really work out for me. Had hopes for the visio one but we have over 1000 employees and the visual wouldnt accommodate it. S...

    You can use Hierarchies by creating a set of level-columns. Have a look at this article:

    https://www.daxpatterns.com/parent-child-hierarchies/

    This will allow you to have a drill down you are looking for 🙂
