Help with Measures

Hello,

I have 2 pages I am working with, I need the percentage of month +7 from GIACT Issued Wfall to display in Trend- Issued for the matrix I have showing the percentages for each month, and for November, I need it to show for Month +6 because thats how many month it aged and so on.

The three colors are from column called COLOR_CODE which is in table Submitted_Policies.

I know I have to write some measures, thats where I am stuck. Any help would be apprecaited.

    This is exactly the same but in excel. it's easy in excel to get the results.

    Sorry I'm not really following your logic, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file.
