Help with Measure

hello,   i have a table (CALL CENTER)  that contain 4 measure's (and ather columns, but thay are not relevent to my QA) every measure calculate different percent- 1. X= improve avg wait time by 1...

    Try replacing SELECTEDVALUE with VALUES

     

    Then Select a single MONTH from DIM_date[month] slicer lets say "May"

First of all, thanks for the help!

I'm trying to do the measure, but when i do SELECTEDVALUE i cant choose a column ( DIM_date[month] ) ,

i can only choose a measure..

 

any Suggestions?
