Help with Matrix or similar visual
ah ok that is the table visual, so wont see that. if you need to use a hierarchy theen go back to using the matrix visual but make sure all your fields go under the rows otherwise you will have that problelm again of it choosing the first value, and only the sum of postage amt under values
you have placed these columns in the values section where it is aggregating the data, so it only brings back the first product name. move these fields to the rows and only place fields in the values section what you are wanting to aggregate, like counts, sum, first, last, min max...
or you can change to table visual if you have no columns you want to aggregate

Using a table visual, how do I get the + and the - symbols to appear so that I can expand and contract the amount of informaiton that is viewed?

under the row header section of your visualisation you will find the icons and you can switch them on there
I am not able to see a row header section for the table visual. Are you using a custom table visual?
