If you have a relationship between your date table and your customer created date you can create a total customers measure like

Total Customers =
var maxDate = MAX('Date'[Date])
return CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(Customer), REMOVEFILTERS('Date'), 'Date'[Date] <= maxDate )
