Help with Data modelling two fact tables

Hi All,    I would really love help understanding multple fact tables,    I have two tables to compare ERP system times and also payroll times, In the left hand table I have the Employee Number ...

    create a visaul table with 3 date columns from 3 tables and see if  they have the same values, if not that is your problem: Power BI cannot match your date formats. Then go to Power Query and try to convert them to the same date or numerical (YYYYMMDD) format. if you are new to Power BI, feeding example might help you to get a conversion formula to unified date format: Add a column from an example (Power Query) - Microsoft Support

are you sure that your date relationships actually work? try to use date from dim table for visaul tables 2 and 3 to check that.

No I'm not sure that's why I'm asking for help, The Dayforce table only works with the date from the Dayforce Table, and the Dealer Pro Table only works wiht the Date from the Dealer Pro table. 

I've connected the Date table to these so I'm not sure why the date table isn't working.
