Help with Data Visual and Measure

Hi Experts, Self taught, powerBI newbie here. I'm trying to replace a manually updated excel spreadsheet with a PowerBI report but am struggling to work out which visual to use to display the data ...

    Hi Jihwan, I've tried to replicate your model in my file but have a issue where the "available" data is summing the total for each supervisor rather than supervisor/customer.

    As an example supervisor "Les" has 1 slot for customer "Bur" so should be showing available "-3" (1available - 4 booked) similarly for customer "Sim" he should be showing available "-10" (10available - 20 booked). Currently it's doing Les's total availabilty 17 (1+5+1+10) - booked.

     

    Please can you assist what I've missed that is causing this error.
