Help with Data Prep and Dashboard for KPI

Hi All,

I am working on high level KPI and the board wants me to create a dashboard with kPI and targets. request to help me with data prep.

I would like to show the following charts:

Exec Page: Gauge chart  with current month target and actual

Summary page: Actual Vs target for each KPI with next due date.
