I am using 2 bookmarks. One to Show Account Level Data as the top hierarchy in a bar chart, the other bookmark to Show Brand Level data as the top hierarchy in a bar chart.
The file now serves to show the correct chart based on which bookmark the user clicks.
I want to now be able to add a third and fourth bookmark. One shows $ variance as the value for the bar chart, and the other shows % variance as the value for the bar chart.
The problem is I want to be able to select "account" or "brand" bookmark, followed by the "$" and "%" bookmark (Or in reverse order) to be able to view the chart.
Is there a way to use the bookmarks as slicers to select one, then build on that view with another bookmark selection? Or am I overthinking this and there is an easier way?

Hi @Anonymous ,
In the end what you need is to have 4 visualizations one per each of your options.
What you can do is force the user to have the selection made in a certain way, so when they click the Brand /Account bokkmarks the only thing that is shown is the $ / % option. and on the lowest level you have a button that leads back to the Brand/account selection.
So you would present something similar to this:
Brand button - Account button - no visualizations
After clicking one option
$ button - % buttton - correct visualization according to the previous selection
Be aware that for this setup you would need
Brand - 1 Button
Account - 1 Button
$ - 2 Buttons
% - 2 Buttons
You can also make the Brand button hidden when that option is selected and vice versa for accoutn, that way your users would go back and forth between the two options.
Having the users selecting in more than one direction will make it hard for them to understand and for you to make the information.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsThis was actually very helpful thank you! So I have the slicers buttons linked to bookmarks now and I have 4 total slicers.
Account
$
%
Brand
$
%
So the desired graph appears based on your selection! Appreciate it!
Not sure it can help in your case. You can use a measure slicer : https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Slicer-MTD-QTD-YTD-to-filter-dates-using-the-slicer/td-p/50...

I don't believe this will work since the field I would need to change would be the "value" field and my value displayed in the bar chart is a calculated measure. It won't allow me to use a calculated measure as the slicer
