Based on my research, I am afraid you could not achieve your desired result, due to the bookmark will save current page and will not affect other pages in different bookmarks.Reference:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-bookmarks
I suggest you to create a new bookmark containing the whole visuals that you could use this bookmark to return a complete page. Then you could choose which bookmark to show your report.
