Help required in DAX

Here I want to filter data depends on role id.If I add slicer for both tables on role id data is not filtering in Z_roles table as direction is diffrent.is there any way to filter Z_Roles table irres...

Drag measure below to Visual level filters and set Show items when the value is 1.

Measure =
IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Z_roles[role id] ) IN VALUES ( user_role[role id] ), 1 )

We are not suppoesed to use visual level filter.

 

I there any way t handle filtering of data in many to one relationship without enabling cross filter on both sides.Can we achieve same in DAX scripts?

 

Please suggest me on this.
