Help on Graph suggesstion

I need a visual like a graph for the below data   Date Field will Come as X axis and I want a reference Line to show Initial Value. I have done the calculations for getting Initial Value. Pls help ...

    Did you try simple line chart by using date column as Axis and other two columns as values?

    ya, its works but I added 1 more column line Id and added id as Filter, if change filter values its not working
