Help needed urgently DAX

Dax is new for Me. I just want to use slicer (ID name) to filter the Doc No. but the same time, I don't want to filter ID Name in Table. 

Date	Doc No_	ID	ID      Name	Amount
04-04-2018	1	AA	Joe	100
04-04-2018	1	BB	Joe	200
24-09-2018	2	AA	Joe	300
24-09-2018	2	CC	Mark	400
25-09-2018	3	AA	Mark	500
25-09-2018	3	BB	Mark	600

 
When I prepare the dashboard using slicer (ID name) it doesn't show the ID (CC) and it also filtered from slicer (ID) along with Doc no.. Any idea to exclude the ID (CC) from slicer (ID name)

04-04-2018	1	AA	100
04-04-2018	1	BB	200
24-09-2018	2	AA	300
Grand Total	 	 	600

Is it any way to get the below result? Please help me it is urgent. I m trying from last three days and don’t succeed.

Please advise how to do this but please note that i have millons of rows of Doc no. and also hundred of rows of ID name

whenever you apply the filter on ID Name it won't effect the table . This is you requirement correct ? 

If Yes, follow the below steps

1. Click the ID Name filter

2. Go to the Format ribbon on top menu 

3. Click the Edit Interaction button

4. Click the None icon on the Table. So the matter here we stop the ID Name interaction the table.

Thanks for your vaulable Time, i m using dax for POwer pivot not for Power BI and second I want to apply  filter Doc No column  (Document Number) in table but exlcude the filter on ID column in same table. is there any way, using index coloum for adding new table or any??

No it is not working, I used your formula but the result is same.

it is not showing the ID (CC) in ID column

Your requirement is not clear, what is ID Name slicer here. 

Can you please attach sample images from your PBI file.
