Help needed in transforming data in Power Query

I have this data in Excel. when comes to Power BI, it comes as below screenshot. We can modify data in Excel as separate rows, but it has huge data and so much manual work. Is there anyway in power q...

    Hello SVADDE21 

     

     Select the IP Address column → go to the top menu and click:

    Transform → Fill → Down.

    Do the same for the Server column:

    Select Server → Transform → Fill → Down.
