Help needed - To create measure for counting the "blank cell” by week, month, year.

Hello PBI Community

Just a little background about the below table.

Country (masked), UserName (masked) - Both data coming from the "Talent" table.

Year, Month, Week data from "Booking" Table.

Can you help me in creating a measure to count the "blank cell” by week, month, year? All the circle ones are blanked cell (i.e. employees not booked any time for a week).

Unable to send you the pbix file, can't see file attachment. Any easy pactice to upload the file.

You need have a cloud storage such as Onedrive or Google Drive where you can put your file. After that you create a shareable link that you can insert in your post enabling people to download the pbix.
