I need help the Total Capacity. I want it to stay 124 no mater the year. for some reason it keeps adding the total slots to every year. so for more infromation a provider has the Total Capacity at the time of an Agreement we requested they grow the total slots. and i i cant see if they are meeting this request as the Total Capacity Requested keeps growing when their Total Capacity incareses. I dont want that. I just want the Total Capacity requested to show the Total Capacity at the time of the Agreement. and never change no mater what year it is.
so that way when u use this i can see if they meet thier goal
thank you in advance
