Help me Recreate Table

Hi,

 

I want for my Power BI to look similar to my Excel sheet. How can I do this?

Is there a way I can separate the sections in Power Bi without changing my data set in excel?How it look on excelHow it looks when inported data to PBI

    I also need to organize it just the same way it is. When I add it to a table it's unorganized
