Help in this problem

Hello, im looking in some data of training courses. The thing is there are massive courses and they want it to all this masive course count as only 1 course, for example, there is a course about uv radiation, theres like 600 courses in all the areas, but if they look in all the courses made in the company, this count only as 1, but the other problema is if they look in each area, this course count as 1 in Each area, so is there a way to solve this? Thanks for the answers

      Im gonna try to explain, since english is not my first languaje i hope you can understand. there are many Course, but lets think there are only 4 types of course, 1 of security, 1 of uv radiaton, 1 course of learning SAP and 1 cours of learning Power BI. So many people do those courses BUT the course about security and uv radiation are massive, what it means, that all persons should do it, so there are many of this. Meanwhile the course of SAP and Power BI only a few do it, so when I count how many courses were made on January for example (i have the date of each course made) all the courses made of uv radiation and security instead of count them all, just wanna count as 1 course, and the sap and power bi count normal. But if i see how many courses each area made, all this massive courses count as 1 course too in those areas, and the sap and power bi courses count normal. So thats the problem I have and i dont know if it can be resolved
