Help finding URL for full MSI 64bit download

All

 

I need help getting the full MSI package for 64bit. I do not want the microsoft store version. I keep hitting errors on trying to set up an automatic connection to my access database on the web to refresh automatically. It should be prompting me for my organizatonal account and it keeps saying Microsoft Account, so I am not able to establish the connection. All links I keep finding are point back to the Microsoft Store 64 bit application and I do not want this version.
