Help find trends in text data
I don't believe my Org has access into Co-Pilot or sentient anyasis. At least every time I try to leverage it I get a workspace/permission issue which I do believe would be able to assist me here but unable to use it.
I have a Salesforce report that I have connected to Power Bi to try and find out which type of calls we are recieving based on how the case is written. We have many fields but due to how we track our cases we struggle finding common call types due to human error, process break down, or not correctly filled out. Either way it is what I have to work with.
What I want to try and do to possibly make sense of this is to isolate common words and use that to hopefully find trends. I am currently using a word cloud, text slicer and table to manually go through, but the word cloud is messy. What would be my best approach to count each word and plot it on a bar chart? Then I can exclude words like "The", "And", "How", Etc to try and make some actionable read outs.
I know this is a challenging approach, and thank you for any assistance.

Hi Anonymous - you can use Azure Cognitive Services Text Analytics to classify text or extract key phrases.Implement sentiment analysis to gauge the tone of cases.
