Help filtering a measure

I have a simple measure that is subracting the sum from one table to the sum in another table.  The table properly represents my difference.  However when I try to filter out the 0.00's from the Filter Pane, nothing happens.

 

How can I filter out the differences of 0 to only show my contracts with actual differences?  Thanks in advance.
