Help - creating power BI account

halo all ,    I am trying to create a power bi account using my office exchange email and it shows that i already have an account and is used by a different service. ( have no idea what service it ...

Hi Dhan,

 

Your message shows that Microsoft acknowledges that you have a Microsoft account. Power BI itself has not been set up.

 

Hence, your IT administrator will need to set up a Power BI instance on behalf of your organisation. He will also need to ensure that it is linked to Active Directory (ie. Emails and users directory for your organisation)

 

Then, everyone in your organisation willl be able to log in automatically.
