Help and Advice for a Power BI Presentation to Finance People

Hi, I'm helping a friend with a small UK regional Finance networking event to talk about Power BI. My experience is in Ops so wondered if anyone with direct Finance experience would give me input and / or advice on the following topics:

• How can you use Power BI and technology to enhance presentations to highlight key financial data to non-financial stakeholders?
• What is the benefit of using Power BI and wider technology when discussing data around profitability, budgeting, forecasting and costings?
• Anything that you feel is relevant or useful in its application for Finance Managers / Financial Controllers.

A.How can you use Power BI and technology to enhance presentations to highlight key financial data to non-financial stakeholders?

B.What is the benefit of using Power BI and wider technology when discussing data around profitability,budgeting, forecasting and costings?Answer:

1.Power BI offered multiple visuals for user to display, for the profitability, budgeting, forecasting and costings, you can use the visual such as KPI visual and pie chart visual and so on, you can refer to the following link about it.

2. it also offers the future analyses  it helps you analyze, you can refer to the following link to know more.

3.For the calculation, Power BI offered Power Query to transform data, and user can use measure to calculation, it can interact with each measure, you can refer to the follwing about power query and the steps of creating report in Power BI.
