Help alternative free server

Hello guys

i am a PowerBI PRO user, most of my Datasets are in excel and i would like to try to getting the data from the server it self. but IT manager don't want me to have an access inside. so my idea is i will download everyhing to excel and import these excel files with huge data to another server i created. so my question is is there a free server i can use for it? 

this is for studying purposes.
