    AlexD123 , use correct column and table name

     

    if ( year(urvPMContractAnalysisDD_WithPCOEstCost[Date]) < year([ThroughMth]) ,
    if ( month(urvPMContractAnalysisDD_WithPCOEstCost[Date]) < month([ThroughMth]) ,
    [rvPMContractAnalysisDD_WithPCOEstCost[ProjCost] , urvPMContractAnalysisDD_WithPCOEstCost[CurrEstCost]),0)
