Help Require to compare two Tables

I have two tables as below.
Table AC ( Source Table )

Table WB

Table AC is main. Compare AC with WB. 

Here , 

Table WB. A12615 in country 1 not maching in Table AC Country1 - Show in result "X"  and highlight.
Table WB. A12616 in country 3 not maching in Table AC Country 3 - show in result "X"  and highlight.
Table AC  A12618 in country 2 is not matching Table WB country 2 - Show in result "0"  and highlight. 

Code A12621 is not at all available in Table WB - Show in result "X"  and highlight.

Country4 is completely matching in two tables, so it is not required to show in result.
