You can create a new calculated table
Table = VAR a = SUMMARIZE ( FILTER ( 'Table B', [Country] IN VALUES ( 'Table A'[Country] ) ), [ID], [Country], [NS], [Date] ) RETURN UNION ( 'Table A', a )Output
